2. Orders and reservations

All orders and reservations are confirmed by phone, SMS or email.

The reservation of the appointment is not final until you receive confirmation from the Atelier.

We recommend that you confirm all details (material, colors, dimensions) in writing (e.g. by email) to avoid misunderstandings.

3. Payment and advance

Payment is made by agreement (cash, card or other agreed method).

4. Cancellation and change of term

Cancellation of the appointment must be made no later than 48 hours before the agreed date, unless otherwise agreed.

If canceled after this period, Atelje reserves the right to charge for the work or the entire advance payment, depending on the cost of materials and the time of manufacture.

5. Material availability and workmanship

If there are delays in the procurement of materials, Atelje will immediately inform you about this and suggest an alternative.

Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Refunds and complaints

Due to the nature of personalized products, no return is possible, except in the case of material defects or serious defects.

All complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt.

7. Limitation of liability

Atelje shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption or loss of data.

It is the responsibility of the customer to verify all data, measures and arrangements before confirming the order.

8. Copyrights and photos

All content of the website (photos, texts, design) is the property of the Atelier.

Use without permission is prohibited.

Product photos can be used for promotion (web, social networks, portfolio). If you do not want your images to be published publicly, please let us know.

9. Instagram and third parties

The site has an integrated Instagram feed, which, however, does not collect personal data of users.

Atelje is not responsible for the data collected by third parties on its platforms.
